All our consultants are technical and practical accessibility experts with years of experience.

Standard Support

Our services (e.g. audits & user testing) come with an extended 4 hour email and phone support for 60 days included as standard.

That’s double what most companies offer !!

Ad-hoc Support

However, if you require additional support - we also offer accessibility support on an ad-hoc hourly basis.

Testing and Advise on-demand are a sample of what our ad-hoc support includes.

Testing:

• Individual web pages, features or functionality for accessibility
• On desktop, tablet and mobile
• Using assistive technologies (e.g. JAWS)
• Provide bespoke recommendations how to solve issues

Advise on-demand:

• Access to accessibility experts & advice for questions and queries
• Provide advice on the WCAG guidelines
• Accessibility knowledge transfer from me2 to you.

Flexible

We’re flexible, you can buy support by the hour or day, for as little or as many as hours as you like, with discounted rates the more you buy.

Other companies make you purchase a minimum amount of support days.. not us.

Drawdown

We allow you to draw down the support in blocks of 30 minutes.

Other companies have a minimum 2.5 hours drawdown.. not us.

No Expiry Date

Once purchased - our support hours never expire, you can use them tomorrow, next month or next year.

Most company's support expires within 12 months.. not ours.

Agile Testing

For larger pieces of work we offer agile testing.
